Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event of an error, we will contact you before processing your order.

An order is confirmed upon receipt of your payment. For custom or bespoke pieces, an order is confirmed upon payment of the agreed deposit.

Custom and Bespoke Orders

Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Once design work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable. We will always provide clear information about the design and materials before commencing, and we encourage you to ask questions throughout the process.

Availability

All ready-to-wear pieces are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for our full policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, copy, and design — is the property of Proctors Jewellery and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Proctors Jewellery’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
