We want you to feel completely at ease with every purchase from Proctors Jewellery. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with a ready-to-wear piece purchased in-store or online, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the piece is returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on custom or bespoke pieces, as these are made specifically for you. We work closely with each customer throughout the design process to ensure you love the final result.
Exchanges
Exchanges are warmly welcomed within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange a piece for something different, or if a ring requires resizing, please bring it in-store or contact us to arrange return postage.
Ring Resizing
If a ring requires resizing after purchase, we offer this service at a reasonable cost in our Bundaberg workshop. We will always advise you of the cost and timeframe before proceeding.
Faulty or Damaged Pieces
In the unlikely event that a piece is received damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the piece and work with you toward a resolution — whether that is a repair, replacement or refund — in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Begin a Return or Exchange
Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process and confirm the appropriate postage address. We strongly recommend using insured, tracked postage for any jewellery sent by mail, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Your Consumer Rights
Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those statutory rights.
