In-store consultations — Bundaberg

Our showroom is in Bundaberg and open six days a week. Walk-ins are always welcome, though for engagement ring consultations and custom design conversations, we recommend booking in advance so we can give you our full attention.

Appointments typically run between 30 and 60 minutes depending on what you are exploring. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to bring — only an idea of what you are looking for, however vague.

Virtual consultations — available Australia-wide

Not in Bundaberg? We offer consultations by phone and video for customers elsewhere in Australia. The experience is the same — unhurried, personal, and entirely without obligation.

For engagement rings and custom pieces ordered remotely, we arrange complimentary insured shipping on approved orders.
