Lay-by & Payment Options
Fine jewellery should not require compromise. If you have found a piece you love and would like to make it work within your circumstances, we have options that may help.
Lay-by
We offer lay-by on in-store purchases. Set the piece aside with a deposit, pay it off at a pace that suits you, and collect it when it is paid in full.
Lay-by is available for most ready-to-wear pieces in store. Terms are discussed and agreed at the time of purchase, and we will always be transparent about what is involved. There is no pressure and no judgement — it is simply a practical option we are glad to offer.
To begin a lay-by, please visit us in store or get in touch directly. Lay-by is not available for online orders.
Custom Commission Deposits
For bespoke or custom pieces, a deposit is required to begin the work, with the balance due upon completion. The deposit amount and payment timeline are agreed at the outset, and we will never commence work without your full understanding of what is involved.
If timing is a consideration — for example, if you are planning a proposal or a specific occasion — please let us know and we will work with you to plan accordingly.
Bank Transfer
For larger custom orders, we accept payment by bank transfer. Details are provided at the time of purchase.
Gift Vouchers
If someone you know has their eye on a piece, a gift voucher allows them to apply it toward whatever they choose — with no expiry date and no pressure. Please contact us to arrange one.
