Billing & Shipping
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment via bank transfer for certain custom orders. Payment terms for bespoke commissions will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order.
For custom pieces, a deposit is typically required to commence the work, with the balance due upon completion and prior to collection or dispatch.
Lay-by
We offer lay-by on in-store purchases. Please speak with our team to discuss terms that suit your circumstances.
Shipping Within Australia
All jewellery is packaged with the utmost care and dispatched via insured, tracked courier. We do not use standard post for jewellery shipments.
Delivery timeframes are typically two to five business days within Queensland, and three to seven business days for interstate orders. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Signature on Delivery
For security, a signature is required upon delivery of all jewellery orders. If no one is available to receive the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel held at your nearest collection point.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about a purchase, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.
Packaging
Every piece leaves our store presented in Proctors Jewellery packaging, appropriate for gifting.
