Our workshop handles everything from inherited jewellery given a new life, to rings resized and restored, to entirely original pieces designed and built from a conversation. Whatever a piece needs — or whatever you have in mind — this is where it happens.
Heirloom remodelling
Some pieces carry too much meaning to simply sit in a drawer. An engagement ring from a grandmother. A necklace worn every day for forty years. A bracelet inherited before it could be fully understood.
We work with customers to redesign and restore inherited jewellery — honouring what a piece has meant while giving it new life. The stones might be reset into a contemporary setting. The gold repurposed into something worn daily. The original form preserved, but made wearable again.
Every remodelling project begins with a conversation. We want to understand the piece, its history, and what you hope it might become.
Custom design
If you have a piece of jewellery in mind that does not yet exist, we can bring it to life. We work with you from the first sketch through to the finished piece — at your pace, with honest guidance at every step.
Repairs & restoration
Clasps that no longer hold. Stones that have loosened. Settings worn thin by years of daily wear. We carry out all manner of repairs — from the simple to the complex — always with the goal of restoring a piece to the way it was meant to be worn.
Ring resizing
Fingers change. A ring that once fitted perfectly may need adjusting. We resize rings in gold, silver and platinum, taking care to preserve the integrity of the piece throughout.
Rhodium plating
White gold naturally warms in colour over time. Rhodium plating restores its bright, white finish and adds a protective layer. We offer rhodium plating for white gold and silver jewellery.
Cleaning & polish
Fine jewellery benefits from professional cleaning. We offer an in-store service that restores brilliance to diamonds, gemstones and precious metals alike.
Engraving
A name. A date. A few words that only the wearer needs to understand. We offer engraving on a range of pieces, adding a layer of personal meaning to any gift or keepsake.
Valuations
For insurance purposes, estate matters, or peace of mind, we provide written jewellery valuations carried out by our qualified team.
