Proctors Jewellery has been a part of Bundaberg for longer than most people can remember. The name has been present through engagements, milestones, anniversaries and quiet moments of personal significance — woven into the life of this community in the way that only a truly trusted jeweller can be.

The business is now under new ownership. The name, the reputation, and the commitment to personal service that has defined Proctors for generations remain entirely unchanged. What has changed is the energy and intention being brought to what comes next.

What we believe

Jewellery is not decoration. At its best, it is a record of the things that have mattered most — of love given and received, of milestones reached, of people no longer present but still carried close. We take that seriously in everything we do, from how we source our pieces to how we speak with our customers.
